Step 1:
Select “Report as a New User”/“Create an account”
HOW TO SET UP A NEW DFPS ACCOUNT
Step 2:
Select “SIGN UP NOW” (under “Sign In” bar)
Step 3:
Select “I am registering to submit an eReport”
and fill in information needed (scroll down on site to complete)
Step 4:
Follow prompts to complete information about the abuse on the pages that follow.
Give as much information as you have available.
Information you do not know can be acquired by the investigators.
